Information for retailers

Wild Grey Fox is a New Zealand-born eco-brand currently establishing itself in Australia. 
We are looking for a select number high-quality stockists with whom we can form long-term relationships based on trust and mutual values.  It is not our wish to be "everywhere", but to find those retailers with whom our ethics and sustainability values resonate. 
How do I place an order?

We will be exhibiting at First Instyle and Reed Gift Fairs in 2017. If we miss you at the Gift Fairs, please feel free to contact us directly.  We will be happy to send you a catalogue and price list electronically, or by post if you prefer.    We will, in time, have a password-protected area with information and links to images for retailers' use. 

You can also place an order through this website, using a wholesale code we give you. A $20 shipping fee will be added to your order. 

Payment and Shipping

As we are based in New Zealand, we will strive to make it easy to order from us. A flat $20 shipping fee will apply to all orders.   We anticipate that shipping will take 7-10 days.  To make it easier for retailers, we will bill and take payment in AUD, payable into our Australian bank account. ​

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We prefer orders by email, but will always endeavour to be available by phone. We are hoping to have an Australian phone number (and possibly an agent) before long.  Payment terms are ProForma, that is payable before the order is sent, for the first order. Thereafter, we revert to standard 20th of the month following terms. 

 
Returns & Refunds
 

We do not want to penalise you for backing us and our products. Therefore, if something does not sell for you in a reasonable period of time, we will be happy to exchange it for something that does generally sell well.  We are constantly developing products and images, and much of our learning is by trial and error.  We welcome your feedback!
